    CERTIFICATION
    To whom it may concern:

    This is to certify that funds are available in the total amount of Sixty-Five
    Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php65,700.00), appropriated and approved to be
    utilized as financial assistance to the three (3) families of Brgy. Manoc-Manoc,
    Boracay, Malay, Aklan, namely, Damiano Bansuli, Dionito De Sullan and Clara
    Saadvedra, defendants in the Civil Case No. 8116, entitled Heirs of Pablito Sualog
    vs. Bobby Casimero, et al. In compliance with RA7279 Sec. 28 (8), financial assistance
    in the amount equivalent to the prevailing minimum wage multiplied by sixty (60) days
    or Php21,900.00 (Php356.00 x 60 days), shall be extended to each of the above-
    mentioned beneficiaries.

    This is to further certify that in the event that relocation will be available,
    Damiano Bansuli, Dionito De Sullan and Clara Saadvedra will be beneficiaries of
    the same, provided they submit themselves to the validation set forth under Urban
    Development Housing Act.

    Issued this 21st day of October, 2019 at Malay, Aklan.
