The above matter refers.

We are pleased to inform you that we would like to apply for 60 days EOT for this project.
This is due to several reason that affect our work on site. Attached is the photos and reasons that affected
and delays our work on site which bring us to apply for EOT on this project.

part road for four day (4 days)

25/2/19- The excavator have to
move from the second bridge to
site (almost 20km) since the trailer
cannot pass the bridge. Arrive site
on 7/3/19 (10 days)

27/3/19 – 1 Dump truck that bring

stone aggregate stuck on a part of
road have to wait for one day to
move with the help of another
truck. (1 days)
1 High Rise Water Start from 11/4/19 – 15/4/19
From River (5 days)
This condition affect our cutting 5 days
off pile head and welding activity.
Have to wait for low tide in order
to start again the work.

2 Huge river water Start from 23/4/19-27/4/19

flood due to non- (5 days)
stop heavy rain During this condition no work can
be proceed due to all bridge 5 days
structure was sunk by water. It was
too dangerous for continue any
work on this condition.

3 Material Order Taking 35day of purchasing and

delivery of material.
We had been informed that there
were some changes of scope in
this project where we have to
construct one new culvert which
also located on our site project.
This required one special material
which is HDPE 3-W pipe. This 35
material is a non-ready stock
material which we have to order
and purchase from Kuching
Sarawak. We had been informed
that this material taking almost
one month to be processing for
delivery order.
TOTAL EOT APPLIED 60 days
