GUIDELINES FOR ELAN CLUBHOUSE

CLUB HOUSE:

 All residents are advised to get the Club house access card from FM team to use the
amenities.
 2 access card allotted for EACH villa.
 To use the club house access card is mandatory.
 Apart from the access card, its mandatory to sign in the register provided in concern
area.
 No pets allowed in clubhouse & kids play area(Out door)
 Use of Club house facility is only allowed to the Casagrand ELAN residents.
 Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly not allowed in common area & club
house.
 Residents should not give the access card to their guest and if they have missed the
card ,the same should be intimated to Concern FM on immediate basis..

Party Hall:

 Application on reservation of party hall shall be made in One week advance through mail
or phone call to the concern FM.
 Booking of party hall shall be on a first come first service basis.
 Cooking not allowed in party hall.
 Party hall shall be open for get together from 07:00AM to 09:00PM.
 Guests attending the party are not allowed to use any other facilities like Swimming pool
& Movie room etc…
 Any damages to the clubhouse during parties will be borne by the residents who has
booked the party hall.
 The Party hall will be handed over back to the FM team after proper cleaning.
 All the garbage generated shall be disposed by the residents generated during the get
together.
 No residents shall install decorative lights, speakers that may have noise disturbance to
other residents.
 No residents shall put advertisement or any other posters…
 15 dining table, 60 Chairs, Air conditioning & Music system available in the Party hall.

Swimming Pool:

 It is mandatory to sign in provided register.

  Users mandatory to wear swim costume.
 Children below12 years should be accompanied by adults or parents
 Animals, eatables and breakable items are not allowed to swimming pool
 Residents are advised to follow the swimming pool rules which is displayed in Swimming
pool area.
 Adult pool depth is 4feet and toddlers pool depth is 1.5 feet.
 Monday is holiday for swimming pool for maintenance purpose.
 General timing is 6:00 AM to 09:00AM & 05:30 PM to 07:00 PM(Tuesday to Friday)
 General timing is 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM & 05:30 PM to 07:00 PM(Saturday & Sunday)
 Ladies timing is 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM & 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM(Tuesday to Friday)
 Ladies timing is 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM & 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM(Tuesday to Friday)
 National Holiday – Holiday

Gym:

 It is mandatory to sign in provided register.

 Children below 16 yrs are not allowed to use gym equipment’s.
 No weapon any type of chemical, Alcohol or cigarette are allowed or used in gym.
 Residents advised to read the gym rule board provided in GYM.
 GYM Timing General 6:00Am to 9:00AM & 6:00PM to 9:00PM
 Gym Timing is Ladies 10:00Am to 11:00Am & 04:00PM to 06:00PM
 If any damages in equipments,the cost will be borne by the residents who has used the
equipment.

Movie Room:

 It is mandatory to sign in provided register

 Booking facilities available through online.
 Residents advised to install “My Milan” application from Google store.
 Sign in and register the resident details in “My Milan” app.
 Residents advised to contact Admin team to scan the QR code to proceed further.
 After the QR code installing the residents advised to fill their details to sign in..
 Book the ticket through app , after the booking you will get confirmation mail
automatically.
 Booking slot is 4 hours only.
 After the approved of booking you will get the confirmation mail from admin.
 While entering in to movie room the admin mobile tab to be handed over to the booked
resident.so that resident can operate the system through mobile tab(Fully automated)
 Resident can use the movie facility through Blue ray player and online…
 All the accessories to be returned to the security after the using of movie room in a
proper manner.
 If any damages noted the cost will be borne by the residents who has booked the movie
room.
Golf simulator:

 It is mandatory to sign in provided register

 No children are allowed to use the golf.
 All the accessories to be returned to security after the using of system as proper
manner.
 If any damages noted the cost will be borne by residents who has used.

Video Game Room:

 It is mandatory to sign in provided register

 Children should accompany with parents or adults.
 All the accessories to be returned to security after the using of system in a proper
manner.
 If any damages noted the cost will be borne by the residents who has used the system.

Sauna Room:

 It is mandatory to sign in provided register.

 Residents are advised to take bath once a month
 Sauna bath standard setting point & time is 72 degree/40mins.
 Sauna is better for muscle relaxation
 5 peoples can use ELAN sauna room at a time.
 Emergency point provision provided in steam room.
 In case of emergency the resident has to press the emergency push switch.
 After the emergency push switch, the alarm will go through buzzer in saloon area.
 Usage of sauna is on a first come first service basis

Steam Room:

 It is mandatory to sign in provided register

 Residents advised to take steam thrice a month.
 Steam bath standard setting point & time is 40 degree/20 mins.
 Steam bath help to improve breathing and is a pressure reliever.
 5 peoples can use ELAN steam room at a time.
 Emergency point provision provided in steam room.
 In case of emergency the resident has to press the emergency push switch.
 After the emergency push switch, the alarm will go through buzzer in saloon area.
 Usage of steam is on a first come first service basis.

Jacuzzi Room:

 It is mandatory to sign in provided register

 10 therapy points given in Jacuzzi fountain.
 5 sprinkler for leg & 5 is for back bone.
 5 people can use the fountain at a time.
 Jacuzzi bath helps to improve relaxation & relieves body pain.
 Water pressure can be controlled by valve which is situated inside Jacuzzi.
 Usage of Jacuzzi is on a first come first service basis (1 hour/person)

Indoor game Room:

 It is mandatory to sign in provided register.

 The children below 12 years should accompany with Adults or Parents.
 If any damages in equipment’s, the cost will be borne by residents who has used the
system.
