‫)‪ (1‬ﺗﺤﺪد ﻧﻮع اﻟـﻤﺴﺎھﻤﺔ ‪ :‬ﻣﺎﻟﯿﺔ أو ﻋﯿﻨﯿﺔ ﺗﻘﺪر ﻗﯿﻤﺘﮭﺎ اﻟـﻤﺎﻟﯿﺔ‪.‬‬
‫)‪ (2‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﻌﺪد اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء‪ ،‬ﯾﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﺗﺤﺪﯾﺪ اﺳﻢ ﻛﻞ ﺷﺮﯾﻚ‪ ،‬وﻧﻮع ﻣﺴﺎھﻤﺘﮫ )ﻣﺎﻟﯿﺔ أو ﻋﯿﻨﯿﺔ ﺗﻘﺪر ﻗﯿﻤﺘﮭﺎ اﻟـﻤﺎﻟﯿﺔ(‪.‬‬
‫ﻣﻠﺤﻮظﺎت ‪:‬‬
‫‪ ‬ﺗﺪون ﻓﻲ ھﺬا اﻟﺠﺪول اﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎدات اﻟـﻤﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ ﻹﻧﺠﺎز اﻟـﻤﺸﺮوع‪ .‬وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ وﺟﻮد اﻟﺘﺰاﻣﺎت ﻛﺘﺎﺑﯿﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻤﻮﯾﻞ ﻣﻦ طﺮف ﺷﺮﻛﺎء اﻟـﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ‪ ،‬ﯾﻨﺒﻐﻲ إرﻓﺎق ھﺬه اﻟﺒﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺛﺎﺋﻖ اﻹﺛﺒﺎﺗﯿﺔ؛‬
‫‪ ‬ﯾﻨﺒﻐﻲ أن ﻻ ﯾﺘﻮﻗﻒ إﻧﺠﺎح اﻟـﻤﺸﺮوع ﻋﻠﻰ وﻋﻮد ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻤﻮﯾﻞ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻧﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻘﯿﻖ‪ ،‬ﻋﻠـﻤﺎ أن ﻗﻮة اﻟـﻤﺸﺮوع ﺗﻜﻤﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺪرة ﻓﺮﯾﻖ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻨﻮﯾﻊ ﻣﺼﺎدر اﻟﺘﻤﻮﯾﻞ‪ ،‬وإﯾﺠﺎد أﻛﺒﺮ ﻋﺪد ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء‬
‫اﻟﻔﻌﻠﯿﯿﻦ؛‬
‫‪ ‬ﺗﻜﺘﺴﻲ ﻣﺴﺎھﻤﺔ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء ﻏﯿﺮ اﻟـﻤﺎﻟﯿﺔ أھﻤﯿﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻐﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺳﯿﺮورة اﻟـﻤﺸﺮوع‪ ،‬وﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻗﻮة داﻓﻌﺔ ﻹﻧﺠﺎﺣﮫ‪ ،‬ﻣﺎ داﻣﺖ ﺗﺴﻌﻰ إﻟﻰ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ أھﺪاﻓﮫ‪.‬‬
