) (ﯾﺨﻀﻊ ﺗﻤﻮﯾﻞ اﻟـﻤﺸﺮوع ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺎطﺮ اﻟﺠﺎري ﺑﮭﺎ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺣﯿﺚ إﻋﺪاد اﻟﺘﻘﺮﯾﺮ اﻟـﻤﺎﻟﻲ وﺗﻮﺛﯿﻖ ﺑﻨﻮد اﻟﺼﺮف ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻮاﺗﯿﺮ واﻟﻮﺛﺎﺋﻖ اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ ﻹﺑﺮاء اﻟﺬﻣﺔ.
) (1ﺗﺤﺪد ﻧﻮع اﻟـﻤﺴﺎھﻤﺔ :ﻣﺎﻟﯿﺔ أو ﻋﯿﻨﯿﺔ ﺗﻘﺪر ﻗﯿﻤﺘﮭﺎ اﻟـﻤﺎﻟﯿﺔ.
) (2ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﻌﺪد اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء ،ﯾﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﺗﺤﺪﯾﺪ اﺳﻢ ﻛﻞ ﺷﺮﯾﻚ ،وﻧﻮع ﻣﺴﺎھﻤﺘﮫ )ﻣﺎﻟﯿﺔ أو ﻋﯿﻨﯿﺔ ﺗﻘﺪر ﻗﯿﻤﺘﮭﺎ اﻟـﻤﺎﻟﯿﺔ(.
ﻣﻠﺤﻮظﺎت :
ﺗﺪون ﻓﻲ ھﺬا اﻟﺠﺪول اﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎدات اﻟـﻤﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ ﻹﻧﺠﺎز اﻟـﻤﺸﺮوع .وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ وﺟﻮد اﻟﺘﺰاﻣﺎت ﻛﺘﺎﺑﯿﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻤﻮﯾﻞ ﻣﻦ طﺮف ﺷﺮﻛﺎء اﻟـﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ ،ﯾﻨﺒﻐﻲ إرﻓﺎق ھﺬه اﻟﺒﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺛﺎﺋﻖ اﻹﺛﺒﺎﺗﯿﺔ؛
ﯾﻨﺒﻐﻲ أن ﻻ ﯾﺘﻮﻗﻒ إﻧﺠﺎح اﻟـﻤﺸﺮوع ﻋﻠﻰ وﻋﻮد ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻤﻮﯾﻞ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻧﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻘﯿﻖ ،ﻋﻠـﻤﺎ أن ﻗﻮة اﻟـﻤﺸﺮوع ﺗﻜﻤﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺪرة ﻓﺮﯾﻖ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻨﻮﯾﻊ ﻣﺼﺎدر اﻟﺘﻤﻮﯾﻞ ،وإﯾﺠﺎد أﻛﺒﺮ ﻋﺪد ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء
اﻟﻔﻌﻠﯿﯿﻦ؛
ﺗﻜﺘﺴﻲ ﻣﺴﺎھﻤﺔ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء ﻏﯿﺮ اﻟـﻤﺎﻟﯿﺔ أھﻤﯿﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻐﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺳﯿﺮورة اﻟـﻤﺸﺮوع ،وﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻗﻮة داﻓﻌﺔ ﻹﻧﺠﺎﺣﮫ ،ﻣﺎ داﻣﺖ ﺗﺴﻌﻰ إﻟﻰ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ أھﺪاﻓﮫ.
