Modern Trends in Training and Assessment

You have been recruited to a newly established Early Childhood School as a kindergarten teacher. The
principle of the school has requested you to organize a holistic training program for kindergarten children as
per the modern trends in preschool education.

You are expected to organize a master plan including Training Assessment Strategies (TAS) Which would
include the industry/ consumer analysis organizing the learner profile. The program that you plan has to cover
the gap identified by you in industry/ consumer analysis and the learner profile.
