Dear Sir,

The Engineer's Assistant (EA) refers to the Contractor's letter in Ref (1) and confirms
that the discussions held on 17 October 2018 and recorded in the minutes of meeting
M006-LBE-MEP-MOM-00273 are accurate and correct and the said minutes of
meeting will not be retracted.

The EA attaches a photo report of each of the items recorded in the minutes of
meeting as evidence that the outstanding works, as reported in the meeting by the
VHTS subcontractor, was accurate and correct. The EA notes with concern that some
of these incomplete works of the Contractor are still outstanding and are delaying the
works of the VHTS subcontractor on site.

Furthermore, it is becoming increasingly apparent to the EA that the Contractor is

failing to proactively manage/coordinate with his VHTS subcontractor in a
constructive and professional manner. The EA refers to the daily coordination
meetings arranged by the EA in which both parties regularly act aggressively and
obstructively towards each other. This aggressive behaviour culminated in a meeting
held on 18 October 2018 in which a representative of the VHTS subcontractor was
manhandled by a senior member of the Contractors staff.

This sort of unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable and will not be tolerated or
allowed to continue as it is leaving many issues unresolved and preventing the works
progressing on site in a timely manner. Of particular note is the Contractor's Senior
Coordinator- VHTS, Mr. Christos Stratoulias, whose behaviour is consistently
obstructive and counterproductive.

The Contractor is reminded that it is the responsibility of his Project Director, as the
Contractor's Representative, to ensure that the Contractor's personnel attends the
meetings arranged by the EA and always behave in a reasonable and professional
manner. The EA trusts that, in the benefit of the project, the Contractor's
Representative will take all necessary action to resolve the above issues with
immediate effect.
