II. CALL TO ORDER

There being a quorum, the SSG Meeting was called to order by the SSG President,
Maria Erika M. Alegre at 9:00 o’clock.

III. PRESENTATION OF THE AGENDA

The SSG Secretary declared that there was a quorum. The presiding officer presented
the following agenda in the meeting.

A. Taray ni Ayat – Team Building: The PHSIN Inc. Valentines Celebration 2019

- Registration Fee and Event Official Shirt
- Event Committees
- Awards
- Teacher’s Assistant in the Team Building
There being no inclusion or exclusion of matter of the agenda, on motion of Claire V.
Clemente, the SSG Vice-President, which was duly seconded, the body approved.
 Resolution No. 2020-001 s. of 2020
Resolved as it is hereby resolved, to approve the meeting of the Supreme Student Government of
Pasuquin High School of Ilocos Norte for the month of January of the School Year 2019 – 2020.

IV. BUSINESS OF THE DAY

A. Taray ni Ayat – Team Building: The PHSIN Inc. Valentines Celebration 2020

 Description and Objectives

The Taray ni Ayat – Team Building is the suggested activity for the school
Valentine. This activity have two parts, namely the taray ni ayat and the team building.
The Taray ni Ayat is a two (2) kilometer run starting from the school campus to the school
ground at Gabaldon. Along the way, there will be stations that will throw to the runner’s
colored powders and the stations will also act as security and first responders in case of
accident to the runners. After the running event there will be a team building activity
composed of 6 stations to be facilitated by teachers and SSG officers. Participants will be
divided into 6 groups too. Guidelines of each station will be made by the facilitators and
will be announce upon arrival of the group in each stations.

Letters will be send to the respective barangays that the running event will run
through their area of responsibility, to the Local Government of Pasuquin, Philippine
National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection and the other concerns agencies.

This activity aims to develop the student’s camaraderie, creativity, critical thinking
through various activity. It also aims to develop the health and wellness of the students
because they will not avoid to move and to the task. The SSG officers will also be train
how to organize such events and lastly the students will enjoy to this activity.

 Registration Fee and Event Official Shirt

The registration fee will be one hundred pesos (Php 100) and for the t-shirt will be
additional 130 pesos.

 Events Committees
The SSG officers will handles different committees in this activity. The
committees are the following;
 Registration and T-Shirt Fee – Maria Erika Alegre (Grade12),Karla Llapitan
(Grade11),Shane Ann Domingo (Grade10), Jessa Llapitan (Grade9), Kyla
Ventura ( Grade8) Alleonah Marie AJ Ramoran (Grade 7).
 In charge for materials – ALL SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT

 Certificates and Letters –Shane Ann Domingo, Kyla Ventura, Andrea Mae
Dacuycuy, Claire Clemente.
 Posters/ Signage – Maria Erika Alegre, Gio Jasper Yanos, AV Bright Ratuita,
Alleonah Marie AJ Ramoran, Divine Domingo
 Canvasing/ Peace and Order– SSG advisers and Jehan Macaganda( Auditor)

Additional committee will be made upon the suggestion of the school principal
and faculty members.

 Awards
In the Taray ni Ayat the First three (3) runners to arrive will be awarded as 1st, 2nd
and 3rd. And for the Team Building the Champion, 1st runner up, 2nd runner up and 3rd
runner up will be awarded.
  Teacher’s Assistant in the Team Building
Teachers with the assistance of the SSG officers will facilitate stations in the team
building and they will make the guidelines of their games in their station. This are the list
of teachers and their SSG officers;

The body also agreed on the title of the said to be called Taray ni Ayat: The
PHSIN Inc. Valentines Celebration 2020.

On the motion of Kyla P. Ventura, the Assistant Treasurer of the SSG, the body
approved.

Resolved as it is hereby resolved, to approve the Taray ni Ayat: The PHSIN Inc. Valentines
Celebration 2020.

V. ADJOURMENT

The SSG adviser, Mrs. Desiree Claire C. Bagain, added the next SSG meeting will be
after the presentation of the resolution to the school principal. After which, Andrea Mae
Dacuycuy, the SSG Asst. Secretary, moved for the adjournment of the meeting, and the body
seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 10;30 AM.

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE TARAY NI AYAT: THE PHSIN INC. VALENTINES

CELEBRATION 2020.

WHEREAS, Valentine’s Day Celebration is yearly celebrated every 14th day of the month of
February.

WHEREAS, Taray ni Ayat is a way for the student to socialized and a way to celebrate the
school Valentine’s Celebration.

NOW THEREFORE, be resolved as it is resolved for the SSG officers approved the said
activity for the Valentine’s Day Celebration.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of the said resolution is furnished to the Office of the
School Principal for the information, guidance and suggestions.
