NARRATIVE REPORT

In compliance with the Division Memorandum No. 135 S. 2019, the school is hereby submitting in
your good office the narrative report for the Career Guidance Week of Caba National High School.
July 22, 2019
Information dissemination of the memo regarding Career Guidance week for all the sections from
Grade 7 to Grade 12 spareheaded33 by the two guidance teacher designate with the collaboration of
the Edukasyong Pagpapahalaga Teachers.
July 23, 2019
All learners per section created a “MINI ME DOLL” of their future profession. All the learners
participated in the said activity. The said activity was integrated in the ESP subject for Grade 7 to 10,
for the senior high school it was integrated in their Personal Development subject
Further, to the said activity the mini dolls were collected by advisers for the making of the dream
collage which will be evaluated on the program for the guidance week.
July 24, 2019
The first module for the CGP for grade 11 was implemented wherein the learners were able to
showcase their talent in dressing up their model using newspaper. The learners were able to identify
the professions in the different tracks for the senior high.
July 25, 2019
Finalizing the dream collage using the mini dolls per section.
Juy 26, 2019
On the 26TH of July 2019 at exactly 1:15 pm. Everyone dress up their own dream professions and join
the parade of professionals. All of them walk on the stage confidently to show how they love their
professions.
To complete the program they have their own representatives for each section for every grade levels,
to show their professions, they ramp as a queen, as a boss, as a business man, as an engineer as a
chef and others. Even though the span of time in preparation for this event is not enough for this kind
of result, they did very well. Junior high students and Senior high students did all their best for their
sections. And the other competition is a collage making compose by Mini Me dolls of every student.

They exert a lot of efforts in making their Mini Me Dolls and designing their collages, but there are
only six collage to be recognized. In category A (Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9) 14 entries and in
Category B(grade 10,Grade 11,Grade 12) 10 entries.

We also included a speaker to talk in the person of Mr. Jovencio R. Corrales Jr., who is a graduate of
Caba National High School. He talked about his experiences in choosing his career and how is his
way of leaving affect his family with the career he has chosen.

We are all happy about the results of the Career Guidance Week Program of the school year 2019-
2020. We all express the gratitude to all the students and officers who cooperate with us to make
these activities successful. (Attached copy of the program and photos)
