DEED OF SALE OF A PARCEL OF LAND WITH ASSUMPTION OF

OBLIGATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made and executed by and between:

ARISTON B. GOMEZ JR., of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence and
postal address at No. _ Pines St., New Marikina Subd., San Roque, Marikina City ,
hereinafter called the VENDOR

and

RODOLFO L. MANALANG , of legal age, Filipino, married to APHRODITE

MARCELO MANALANG , with residence and postal address at Blk. 157, Lot 38,
Phase 1, Karangalan Village , Cainta, Rizal , hereinafter called the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the owner of , a parcel of land acquired from the
NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY by virtue of a DEED OF EXCHANGE WITH
CONDITIONAL SALE , duly executed sometime on Ocober 22, 2014 , duly
Notarized by Atty. Allan Pasamonte, under Doc. No. 146; Page No. 30; Book No.
III; Series of 2014 described as Lot 26, Blk 158 . situated at Karangalan Village
Pasig City , covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 86404 , registered in the
name of National Housing Authority , with an area of TWO HUNDRED TEN
SQUARE METERS AND FORTY FIVE CENTIMETERS (210.45).

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF THREE MILLION

TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO &
75/100 (PHP3,215,972.75),Philippine Currency , receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged in full satisfaction of the VENDOR, said VENDOR HEREBY
SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS unto the VENDEE and further WAIVES,
all his rights , participation and interest over the aforementioned parcel of land .
 That as part of the consideration of the sale the VENDEE agrees to
assume as he hereby assumes , all the duties and obligations of the VENDOR
with the NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby affixes their signature this

19 th day of JULY 2019 at Pasig City .
