Agenda: The Proposition of E-Sport Tournament

Meeting Proper: The meeting started with a prayer led by our SSG Adviser, Sir Kavin Rivera.
Reflections immediately escalated after the prayer.

Objective:

The School Intramurals is one of the most awaited activity in an academic year where
students can enjoy and do recreational activities in sports. However, not everyone is blessed with
kinesthetic intelligence: flexibility, endurance and agility. This led the SSG Organization to
propose an E-Sport Tournament for the last day of School Intramurals Only.

In furtherance to our objective, the meeting prompted to the proposal of E-Sport


Tournament to be held on the last day of School Intramurals in Jesus Is Lord Christian School.
WHEREIN, every classroom will be asked to compose a minimum of one team and a maximum
of two teams having Six (6) Players where five (5) of them are the actual participants and the
other one (1) will be the reserve player.

WHEREAS, each team will be asked to pay a registration fee of Php. 120.00 where the Php.
50.00 will be the payment for the internet provided and electricity to the players and the Php.
70.00 will be reserved for the certificates and medals expenses intended for the E-Sport only.

To ensure the Security of Cellular Phones of each participants, especially Junior High
School, they will be asked to fill up a registration form as shown below and present a
CONSENT FORM from their parents allowing them to bring gadgets and participate in such
event. Moreover, each team upon losing the game in their respective brackets will be asked to
surrender their phones to the attending SSG Officers. The attending SSG Officers will then
surrender the phones of the participants to their Homeroom Adviser.

WHEREOF, there will be three (3) winning teams at the end of the tournament. Each team will
receive Certificates of Participation. Certificates and Medals will be awarded to the team that
will be held as Champion.
