The Commission on Higher Education through the Office for Institutional Quality Assurance and
Governance (01QAG) will hold an orientation-workshop on Program Expenditure Classification
(PREXC) indicators and supporting data forms for the 2019 cycle of the Performance-Based Bonus
of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).

In this regard, the Planning Officers and PBB Focal Persons are hereby enjoined to attend the
activity on the schedule corresponding to your regional/cluster location. Participants are requested
to bring with them the accomplished
PBB Form-A
PBB 2019 Supporting Data Forms, and
Confirmation of Targets signed by the SUC President

In order to rationalize the activity, only the two (2) focal participants per SUC are requested to
attend the said activity. Travel, accommodation and other incidental expenses of participants shall be
charged against their local funds. On the other hand, AM snacks, lunch and PM snacks shall be
provided by the organizers.
