Cut order plan

What is it - Result A rational segregation of an order quantity into individual lays (fabric
spreads) such that the total desired number of garment pieces can be cut with minimum
time and effort in a real environment is called a fabric Cut Plan or Cut order plan”

Our order - Here in our assignment we are dealing with an order quantity of 1000 polo t
shirt in which 500 of them are solid one whereas 500 of them are of striped the colours in
solid are white and blue
Whereas color in stripes are white and red and white and blue
All of them are in sizes of small (s),medium (m),large (l),extra large (xl )

The fabric consumption it takes for a polo t shirts are following

Garment – it is a polo t shirt in 2 clor solid and stripes each and in 4 sizes
Garment pattern – generally a polo tshirt has this many numbers

Equipment – one pin table(for stripes ) one floating table (for solids ), spreading table
2 manual spreaders , band knife cutting machine , round knife cutting machine ,
interlock machine , button hole machine button attach machine , carriers for fabic
bundles , drills and thread markers for pockets , notchers , ticketers machine , no
need of fusing as its not used in knitted fabrics
Planning – the whole objective of making a good layout is to use our resources in best
possible ways
