We are Dr. Concrete Building Material company (DCBM), DCBM was established 2012 , registered
in U.A.E. free zone company, it's main office in Dubai, having one branch for now registered in
Iraq which includes a Branch Building, showroom and offices in Basra and a 2nd showroom in
Baghdad and 3d in Erbil.
DCBM provides services & innovative products and
modern solutions for all clients in the construction
sector, also provides a various products with known
brands tested and approved for its liability according to
international standards.
DCBM is an exclusive agent for Carboline products,
Mapei, Graco, Dev International, SOPREMA, Flowcrete,
Arsan, Kaucuk and many other products.
Our previous clients were satisfied to our contracts
achievement during accomplishment of many project in
Iraq south region, in the fields of construction, Hot steel
welding, Blasting, Painting, fire proofing, de watering,
tank installation, scaffolding, hot & cold insulation.

Our contracts include:

1. 350,000.00 USD, Supply and installation of 12” X 500 meter HFO pipe line.at Khur Alzubair Free Zone
with SKA company.
2. 300,000.00 USD, Supply and installation of 12” X 400 meter Fire fighting pipe line at Khur Alzubair Free
Zone with SKA company.
3. 63,000.00 USD reconstruct equipment foundation in WQ2 accommodation mechanical work shop
with Fajer UR as a subcontract with Weir oil services.
4. 100,000.00 USD, Supply and installation of 10” X 150 meter Naphtha Pipe line at Khur Alzubair Free
Zone with SKA company.
5. 50,000.00 USD Modification of 3 Truck Gantries to multi fuel capability at Khur Alzubair Free Zone
with SKA company.
6. 380,000.00USD Replace fuel steel tank Bottom (D= 25 meter H=12 meter) at Khur Alzubair Free Zone
with SKA company.
7. 756,000.00 USD Pipe line welding 12”X 5000 meter , Client SCOP

Rafidhya IPF, the Client Wetherford co.
12. 3,000,000.00 USD, Hot insulation Subcontract with SDCT company, At Hammar IPF, Zubair IPF and
Rafidhya IPF, the Client is Wetherford co.
13. 40,000.00 USD, Fire proofing Contract with CGC at WQ2
14. 180,000.00 USD, Fire proofing Contract with Anhui Arabest company at Abu Alkhasseab Hospital.
15. 1,500,000.00 USD, pipeline pigging for cleaning & dewatering with Rosen company
16. 270,000.00 USD, Fire proofing Contract with Shapoorjy Pallonjy Mideast company
17. Subcontract with Albilal company, the client Shell Gas at Um Qasr Storage area.
18. 150,00.00 USD scaffolding contract with Samheung Electric.
19. Contracts with Samsung engineering, at Hammar Mishrif new DGS, the Client is ENI
a. (158,000.00 USD, ) contract S-29 erecting & renting scaffolding
b. (3.9 million USD), contract S-27 Hot Insulation & Cladding
c. (426,000.00 USD), contract P.O.0150 Scaffolding inside Tank 34m dia.
d. 10 work orders 1.3 Million USD scaffolding Erection & Renting
e. 375,000.00 USD Oil free air compressor& dryer rental for three months with Samsung
Engineering.at Hammar Mishrif DGS.
f. 1,700,000.00 USD Manpower supply contract with Samsung Engineering
g. 180,000.00 USD painting contract with Samsung Engineering
20. 180,000.00 USD Rafidya 3 Nos. LP compressor cleaning subcontract with Durrat Alkhaleej co. the
Client is ENI .
