(HISTORY) The National College of Science and Technology is one of the main

from, stand by and make a better version of the youth and yourself, be a student
that makes the world a better place. Do things, that you don’t need to take
anything to make you feel better. Devote yourself to do great things in yourself,
your family, your friends and the institution you are in.

This helps the students to gain the level of quality work required for them and to
ensure the academic environment of the college is whole and useful to human
formation.

SECTIONS 2.-25.

PROPER DECORUM- Should be doing proper norms of the school and etiquette
at all times.

PERSON IN AUTHORITY- Students are taught to respect teaching and non-

teaching personnel of the COLLEGE, fellow batchmate and visitors at all times.

STUDENTS UNIFORM- All are needed to wear the prescribed school uniform
properly at all times.

IDENTIFICATION CARD- ID card should be worn visibly at all times inside the
campus.

CLASS ATTENDANCE- all students are required to attend school activities

whenever needed.

COMMAND RESPONSIBILITY- students have all the responsibility of their known

visitors’ behavior/attitude inside the campus.

STUDENT REPRESENTATION- Students should properly symbolize the

institution's name anywhere, anytime in or out of the campus.
RESPECT FOR SCHOOL PROPERTY- all students need to have respect and
discipline for all the school’s properties including its structures, facilities and
even pieces of equipment.

NO SMOKING POLICY- smoking is prohibited within the college campus.

DRUG FREE & ANTI-SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY- using illegal drugs and alcohol
are strictly prohibited in the campus.

ANTI-GAMBLING- all kinds of gambling are strictly prohibited in the campus.

FRATERNITY & HAZING- Having an unrecognized groups like hazing, illegal clubs,
or fraternities are not welcome to the school, you will be punished by expulsion.

ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT- All kinds of sexual harassment has to be reported

to the Office of Student Affairs proper punishments and for actions.

PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION- PDA is not tolerated by the institution, once you
are seen, you will be punished for doing it.

ACADEMIC DISHONESTY- College strictly prohibits cheating, falsification, and

plagiarism.

POSTING OF ANNOUNCEMENTS- all announcements should be examined by the

COLLEGE DEAN to properly announce the events on the campus.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS- All student’s belongings shall not be left unattended.

SUSPENSON OF CLASSES- Classes are only suspended once there is an official

announcement of the school.

ACADEMIC RIGHTS- The institution respect the student’s academic rights.

STUDENTS ACTIVITIES- all students must attend the activities and events made
by the Office of Student Affairs, College Dean and other Facilities of the
Institution.

STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS- All students shall need to be in a recognized

organization.

STUDENT DISCIPLINE- all students required to be respectful towards other

people, other students, instructors, visitors and even the other workers of the
campus.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS- the College grants student various scholarship given

by other institutions or even by the government.
