Reflection: (What have you learned about your students? How will this inform future instruction?)

Grade: Toddler

Standards:
- Approaches Toward Learning, Creativity, Expression of Ideas and Feelings Through the Arts, Use self-selected materials and media to
express ideas and feelings.
- Language and Literacy, Listening and Speaking, Receptive Language and Comprehension, Show understanding of requests and statements
referring to people, objects, ideas and feelings.

Learning Objectives:
- SWBAT move along with an interactive song.
- SWBAT perform the requests of movement within the song.

Process:
- For this lesson, I will need to take my students to a larger area to move around. I will probably use the gym and bring a speaker with me, I
will need to remind the students that they need to careful of the students around them as to not run into them when they are moving around. I
will use the song called “Listen and Move” from YouTube to get the students up and interacting with the song. The song gives the students a
movement and then plays music for the students to perform that movement to. Within the song, the students will be asked to walk, gallop,
tiptoe, run, skate, and hop. The song asks the students to remember what motion goes with each sound. As the teacher, I will need to help the
students determine which movement goes with each sound.
