Teaching
Teaching is not easy in some ways. It is different from
others job because teaching is dealing with human not
product. This makes teaching become a hard job.
There are few factors that influence teaching success. The
first is the teacher teaching ability. Not all people who
understand some knowledge know how to deliver it in the
class. Teacher is one who has to understand and delivery
it to the students. The second is the students. A classroom
may contain more than 20 students. This situation makes
the teacher must be able to handle the class. And the
third is the facility. Many good schools lay very much on
facilities like classroom, LCD projector, or Media.
It is a must for the teacher to be up to date with the era.
As the knowledge developed all the time, teacher must be
able to upgrade their knowledge also. So teaching is not
about handle a class but also an adaptation.

1. Why teaching is difficult?
answer: because teaching is dealing with human not
product. This makes teaching become a hard job.

answer: There are few factors that influence teaching success ( 3 factors )

3. What makes teaching ability become important factor?

answer: which makes teaching ability an important factor, because Not all people who
understand some knowledge know how to deliver it in the
class. Teacher is one who has to understand and delivery
it to the students.

4. How must the teacher deal with the knowledge?

answer: a must for the teacher to be up to date with the era.
As the knowledge developed all the time, teacher must be
able to upgrade their knowledge also. So teaching is not
about handle a class but also an adaptation.

answer: about everything related to the lesson that will be conveyed to its students

IV. Teaching Problem and Solutions
Read the following problems in teaching then find the
solutions!
1. Class members are mix in ability
by taking an approach to learning individually and giving more attention to children whose abilities are middle-low
or can be said less, and assigning individual tasks that are tailored to the abilities of each child who previously
grouped children in categories of able, moderate and less able in learning.

2. LCD projector is broken.

can temporarily use other available teaching tools such as blackboards, then report to the vice-principal of the
presrana facilities section for further action.

3. One of the students makes a class crowded.

rebuked the student gently, if still repeated called to face the teacher in person so that the child really understood
what was conveyed / wanted by the teacher

4. A teacher lost the handbook.

ask students to find the handbook, otherwise they can find sources for learning from the internet

5. Many students come to the class late.

if it is done for the first time enough to be reprimanded so that it is not repeated, but if the child is late again must
accept the consequences / agreement of punishment at the first time they violate

Being a teacher is my passion . since I was little, I dreamed of wanting to be a teacher who could educate
the nation's children, so that this nation became a great nation and recognized its greatness internationally. being
a teacher there must be stories of joy and sorrow. can be able to be from not knowing to knowing it feels very
happy especially when on the sidelines of the lesson there is laughter between us. There is also a story that is
somewhat annoying like a child who lacks discipline in time and task collection, usually a child who lacks discipline I
give an educative punishment, so that they know that everything will be rewarded. If something is done bad, it will
get bad, and if good it will get good.
