Tajuk : MGS Sport’s Day

1. ISU YANG DIFOKUSKAN :

JURNAL
MGS community has been diverting the focus on the preparation of sports for the whole week. Everyone is
showing great commitment in organising the Sports Day including the teachers, Parents and Teachers
Association (PTA), administrators, school staffs and all pupils. With regard with this Sport’s Day, my partner
and I were also directly involved in Sport’s Day.
2. ANALISIS ISU YANG DIFOKUSKAN (PUNCA DAN KESAN ISU) :

In conjuction with this Sport’s Day,the trainee teachers are required to contribute energy and ideas to
implement the Sport’s Day planning and assist in the preparation. As such, we have been assigned the task
of preparing the sports house and timekeeper on the event day.

3. KAJIAN LAMPAU (LITERATURE REVIEW) TERHADAP ISU (PENGALAMAN ATAU KAJIAN LEPAS) :

According to Mazuki Yasim (2011), experience-based learning is a process of learning through reflection of
behavior. Based on this method, all forms of experience gained by an individual will be transferred into the
form of knowledge (Webb, 2006).

4. CADANGAN DAN IDEA PENYELESAIAN MASALAH :

There are several suggestions that I have identified, including using experience in organizing IPG annual
sports day to help in the preparations of MGS Sport’s Day. Besides, as a trainee teacher, I need to learn by
observing the experienced teachers, always build rapport with the school community and lend helping hands
to them.

6. TINDAKAN SUSULAN :

I will learn from the teachers on how to do my duty in making sure the sport's day goes as we plan. In
addition, I will give my best to help whenever I am needed and also build a positive relationship with the
school community and also with the PTA.

8. KEBERKESANAN LANGKAH YANG DICADANGKAN :

After I did as per suggested, I was able to give my full commitment in the preparation of MGS Sport’s Day.
Besides, I do gain many experiences through this preparation and I could use those gained experience in
future when I got posted in school.

9. KESIMPULAN / REFLEKSI (KESAN TINDAKAN (PERLU) DAN HALANGAN (JIKA ADA) :
In conclusion, the experience and knowledge gained while studying at the IPG and in MGS is very useful
and can be applied at school in future when I got posted.
