WORK EXPERIENCE ASSISTANT MANAGER & STORE MANAGER – HARRY AND DAVID
August 2002 – May 2020
▪ Oversee daily store operations and lead customer service and sales team
▪ Opens and closes the store according to set protocol to secure all store
assets and accurately reporting shift activity and POS data
▪ Follow sales guidelines and processes to sell products while applying
excellent customer service and engagement techniques, as well as
upselling opportunities at the register
▪ Assist Store Management in recruiting new or seasonal employees, as
well as training them and provide ongoing coaching to further develop
their skills and work performance then overtook this entirely once
promoted to Store Manager
