Form Annex 1 B1. Data on the Situation of Indigenous Cultural Communities (ICCs) in
the Division

Please fill out answers in the space provided after each item. Feel free to encode their
responses as this is a softcopy.

Each ICC shall have their own answer sheet, but all answer sheets should be saved in
this file only. Please copy and paste the items as needed for additional copies.

The filename of this form should be as follows: Annex1B1_R (for region) #_District
ex. Annex 1B1_R6_Iloilo

Please follow the file name format so as to organize submissions. Please submit to your to
District IPED Coordinator to combine the data before sending to
rovil.tagose01@deped.gov.ph or @facebook Rovil Tagose on or before June 19, 2020. Files
that are sent without the proper filename shall be sent back. Please DO NOT submit as PDF,
please submit as word file.

1. How did the community get information about COVID? Are they getting updates
regularly?
Yes they are getting updates regularly through news.

2. What cultural practices did the community undertake in relation to COVID to


protect themselves? Are there any protocols or regulations of the community that we
need to take note of?
The cultural practices that the community undertake to protect themselves is to take good
care of themselves because peole now a days are already knowlegeable in many ways
specially today that we are facing a Pandemic. Yes, there are protocols and regulations that
we need to take note such as wearing a mask, washing our hand and the most important thing
is to stay at home for the benifits of everyone .

3. Has the community received updates about enrollment? What information has
reached them? Have community members taken part in enrollment already?

Yes, The information has reached them through Posting informations in every sitios
of barangay with the help of Teachers, Parent leaders, Brgy. officials, and Barangay
Tanod.

4. What are the community’s concerns about the coming school year? Do they have
any suggestions regarding how to ensure that the community is safe from infection?

The commuity concerns about the coming school year is how to adopt the new form of
learning ' and parents doubt about the safety of their children. The most important thing that
they suggest regarding on how to ensure community to be more safe is to stay at home and
follow all the protocols needed.

5. If needed, are there community members who can assist the school as community
learning facilitators during the school year?

Yes, there are community members such as the stakeholders.
