round tickets, visa charge, local accommodation.

2) Terms and Conditions
a) Price term for supplying the equipment quoted herein is based on CIF Karachi, Pakistan
INCOTERMS® 2010.
b) The equipment quoted herein is based on the equipment technical proposal including
equipment specifications, major configuration of equipment, design drawings, and
quality control plan specified in SECTION 3 and SECTION 4 in this file.
3) Payment Terms
- 30% by T/T as deposit.
- 70% by T/T before delivery the goods.

4) Warranty Period
The warranty period of equipment is 12 months from Loading of the goods.

Our warranty covers equipment manufacturing defects only.
5) After-sale service
100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the machines for a
period of one year from the date of trial run finish. If any parts (excluding wearing parts) are
found defective (exclude that caused by person’s wrong usage) in quality in the first year,
BH should replace free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment
basis.
6) Validity of Quotation
1 months from the date of quotation submission.

Section 4.1 - Equipment Fabrication Quality Control Plan
All the equipment supplied by BH is manufactured in accordance with a strict inspection,

manufacturing and testing Quality Control Program:
1) Fabrication Quality Control
Fabrication quality of the equipment is controlled using the Steel Fabrication Control Plan which
has been developed and used by BH for different projects.
The Steel Fabrication Quality Plan mainly covers:
 Material (Purchase, Receipt, Marking, Inspection and Checking)
 Welding (Welder Qualifications, Welder Procedures, Weld Inspection)
 BH of steel plate and welded sections (Operator Qualification, Extent of
Testing, Repair Welding, Dimensional Survey)
 Surface Preparation for Painting (Blasting, Visual Inspection)
 Trial Assembly (After all welding has been completed) and Tolerances
2) Project Specific ITP
Based upon the Steel Fabrication Control Plan, a workshop specific Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
for the equipment is established. If the equipment is being fabricated in several workshops then a
separate ITP will be develop for each workplace.
The Inspection and Test Plan shows the requirements for inspection points and quality checks at
various stages throughout the manufacturing procedure, and further shows who has
responsibility for carrying out the inspections and checks.
3) Workshop Internal QA/QC
Each of the workshops used by BH has a QA/QC system that has been established in accordance
with ISO9001-2008 .
The workshop QA/QC managers carry out the inspection and testing required, and generate the
necessary documentation required by the Steel Fabrication Control Plan and Inspection and Test
Plan.
4) BH QA/QC Department
BH’s fabrication QA/QC department consists of a number of highly experienced Engineers and
operates independently from the workshop.

Fabrication quality in the workshops is to be strictly monitored by designated qualified and

experienced staff of BH QA/QC team and to ensure the quality in compliance with BH Steel
Fabrication Control Plan.
BH QA/QC team has total control over the quality and eventual acceptance of the equipment.
