BRIEF REPORT On 29 february 2020 at songkah beach around 8 clk morning we
all gathering .After reach at beach we all did mentoring session
that plan to go for next month.After that we all started play at
(Brief description of the beach with lectures and my classmates .Around 12 clk ,we all
activity/ event) started to eat the food the brough by my classmates.This foods
all prepared by my classmates .After eat we all continues play at
beach .Before we all go home,we all did communal work to
clean the surrounding the beach. Each group have been given a
plastic bag to put the garbage or rubbish inside the plastic bag.
We work together and manage to clean the beach. The lecturer
also help us to do this community service. Around 4 clk evening
we all go back happily .We all enjoying the moments.

BRIEF REPORT It was a community health program organized by me assist with
sir eddy abdul raub . on mybirthday im planning this event with
sir eddy to make some “kerohanian” activities with call
Thanksgiving feast. Everything was arrenge by me and
(Brief description of the myclassmate. In 7 pm we all meet at surau Menara u 1. We had
activity/ event solat magrib and bacaan Yassin. After that najmi was lead to doa
for giving us some blassing from god. We all prepared food for
celebrate my birthday give the food to people surround include
the security there.In this program we all learn that how to read
yassin properly. At the same time to reflect on ourself and
forgive each other. We learn how hardest people to get some
food and appreciate it. And im so great full because I have
chances to get amazing friends of mylife

time while dealing with other people.this is how he built up our
soft skill to community. for me this will be some of my community
survice . at 6 o clock sir eddy was inform all their mentee must

activity/ event with cant join us to watch the cinema. after finish the movie he
told us to find him at murni seksyen 7 in 30 minute.we enjoy the
very delicious food with is mee raja permaisuri bunian tembaga.
this food was so unique. the potion dish was so big. it is rarely to
find out in other city. conclusion the day was so fun and we all so
glad becouse we were done the task in perfect time.

and nursing students. We all prepared food for birthday sir mat
Rahim. Nursing students organized a program which was healthy
(Brief description of the food should eat for mother after child birth.In this program we all
activity/ event learn that food should eat by child birth women.We also learn
contains in that food and when should eat.Then we all happy to
