AFFIDAVIT 

         I, NEILMARX V. ANCHANGCO resident of La Suerte, Prosperidad,

Agusan del Sur, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose
and state:

1. That I am the VENDEE of a parcel of land located at Brgy. La

Suerte, Poblacion, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur with an area of Six
Hundred Eighty Six (686) square meters, more or less, covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-12748;

2. Last May 9, 2020 the said land was purchased by me from

APOLINAR R. SARCE, not including the improvements thereon;

3. That when the land was purchased, the original owner has
already established land improvements but the same were NOT included
in the sale.

4. That the sale transaction between me and APOLINAR R. SARCE

was only for the land but without the improvements.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it may
legally serve;

         IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set our hands this 8th day

of June 2020 in Brgy. Poblacion, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, Philippines.
