SUMMARY

This document written by Tatiana Maksimova, Elena Shapran Volodymyr Dal of the
National University of Ukraine, tells us that in Ukraine marketing occupies a special
place in the diagnosis of the economic activities of companies, also related that
there is little research on the different Approaches to diagnostic activity companies,
although there are some scientific works dedicated to this problem the interest is to
identify the current state of economic issues to give the necessary
recommendations and procedures to improvements or warnings of unfortunate
events.
On the other hand, the focus of the diagnosis of the marketing complex is the
authentication of the real state, studying in depth the economic activities and
reaching the recommendations for the improvement of the results.
