Learning activities
1. In the platform, start working with the activities related to the third learning
guideline. You should complete 10% of these activities. It means at the end
of week 9 you should have 35% of the activities completed. You have to
work at least 5 hours per week to complete Rosetta stone activities.
2. At the end of week 9, check in tell me more (click on Recapitulación,
choose seguimiento de las lecciones) that you have 35% of the activities
in actividades realizadas. You tutor will let you know the final score at the
end of week 9.

Reading: page 76-77 exercises C, D, E, and G.
Language Review: Interact with the following learning object “Modal perfect” to
learn uses and structures of modal verbs.

Ask for the key to these activities to your tutor in order to know if your answers are
right or wrong.
1. Open your Market Leader book on page 80-81. Read the information related
Motivating the Sales Team (both pages).
2. Meet with three other partners. During the session as a group you have to share
your opinions regarding the task on page 81.
3. Prepare an online power point presentation (e.g. prezi.com) in which you show
your findings regarding the task.

4. During the tutorial deliver an oral presentation to show you classmate the final
decision you and your group made.
5. If you cannot attend the tutorial, record your oral presentation and include it with
the other activities to be sent in this third stage.
6. Write a letter to the Chief Executive of DKP outlining your solution of the
problems according to the case study. Although it is a group activity, each member
of the group has to send it by the activities button with the other activities included
in this third stage.

1. Presentation.
Write the topic outline for a 30-minute presentation you will deliver during the face-
to-face session. (Check instructions in the oral presentation section to write an
outline).
Prepare your oral presentation. Give an introduction, explain graphs and figures,
draw conclusions and do not forget to interact with your audience. Use the visual
aids during your oral presentation in the face to face session.

Note: if you cannot attend the F2F meeting, take the online tests (listening,
vocabulary and reading) and submit untimely speaking exam. All of them can be
found in the test tab (check deadlines in the calendar. Your tutor will be sending
some recommendations to take this test.
