As shown in the figure above, the topic emphasized is all about “The Competence of Teachers working with the new normal”.
This workshop is being organized for the teachers to be more effective in jiving themselves in the trends which is integrating technology
and other means to the teaching-learning process. The first to be considered are the inputs or the availability of the materials or
resources such as fundings, manpower, space, and the technology such as laptops and monitors. In the whole duration of the course,
they talked about the importance of dealing with the modality and some proper technicalities in using this technique. As to this course
ended, they were tasked to pass different outputs emphasizing on their development and conforming to what they learned throughout
the course. The feedback is positive because teachers were being able to apply all the given concepts and learning dealing with their
field. There were assumptions being made. These were the Parents, Teachers, and relevant government structures commonly agreed
and interested in this program, All the resources were being implemented and satisfied the needs dealing with the program/course, and
teachers were to be able to be competent dealing with the new-normal instruction. It also considered different stuffs and conditions
such as the stability of Political Government, Stability of Leadership especially at the district level, and the availability of teachers.
