Lesson 1: Communication Process


Communication – the transmission of ideas and emotions between or among persons with the
use verbal and non-verbal cues.
Verbal- is the use of sounds and words to express yourself.
Non- Verbal- it does not use words, it communicates through the use of human parts.

PROCESS OF COMMUNICATION
It starts with encoding and ends with decoding. The encoder is more popularly known as the
sender of the message. He transmits his message to the receiver more popularly known as the
decoder.
