    Whereas the Hon’ble High court has passed several orders/directions from time

    to time in PIL titled Syed Tahir Geelani V/S State of Jammu & Kashmir and

    others for conservation / preservation /protection of Dal lake.

    In this regard it is directed to remove illegal structure/ any illegal units within

    07 (seven) days which has been made without proper permission from Authority

    or from Hon’rable High Court. Failing to which necessary department

    proceeding will be initiated which will include process for cancellation of

    registration licence.
