    Dear Ma’am/Sir,

    Good day!

    Agusan del Sur National High School will be celebrating its 45 th Founding
    Anniversary this coming February 27-28, 2020. The school will be having variety of events
    for the 2-day celebration. Additionally, the students of Grade 12 year level is mandated to
    have a Bazaar which requires providing booth for different businesses.

    In connection to this, we would like to request for Two (2) Tents for us to create our
    booth. This will be used on February 25-28, 2020 and will be returned before Sunday.
    February 29, 2020.
