• Keep in mind that the operator or user is responsible for accidents or hazards occurring to other
people or their property.
15 / 36
• Do not operate or manipulate with the machine if you have wet hands or in wet conditions.
• Connection to the grid for permanent operation (such as standby electric source) must be
EN installed by a qualified expert in the field of electro and must comply with all applicable
regulations. Connection is subject to approval (revision) of relevant distribution plant and it
must be technically secured in such manner, which prevents connecting of the generator into
the grid, when the grid is in the operation. Improper connection may endanger workers on
electrical distribution systems that are in contact with electrical wires and after restoration of
electricity supply the generator may explode, burn or cause a fire
CS • Ensure that all electrical appliances you want to connect to generator are in good order and
don‘t show any functional defect. If there is some defection (device is running slow, stopping
unexpectedly, is abnormally noisy, is smoking...), immediately turn off the generator. Then,
unplug the appliance and remove the cause of the fault.
• Do not start the engine if natural gas or propan butan is leaking in surrounding.
• Do not use compressed starting liquids, their vapors are flammable.
Warning: Petrol and petrol vapors are highly flammable and explosive. Fire or
explosion could cause serious burns or death. Therefore keep following instructions:
While refuelling
• Store fuel in containers specifically designed for this purpose.
• Add fuel before starting the engine. Never remove the cap of the fuel tank or add petrol while
the engine is running or when the engine is hot.
• Refuel tank in open space or in well ventilated area.
• Do not smoke while refueling.
• Do not overfill fuel tank. Fill petrol at least half inch under filling opening to let space for fuel
expansion.
16 / 36
• Protect petrol against sparks, open flame, pilot-light, heat and other sources of ignition
• Check fuel pipes, tank and plug and all connection if their are tight and have no cracks. In case
of defect change damaged parts. EN

2. Remove the oil filler cap/dipstick (fig. 2A) a and wipe it clean.
3. Insert the oil filler cap/dipstick into the oil filler neck, but do not screw it in, then remove it
to check the oil level.
PL 4. If the oil level is near or below the lower limit mark on the dipstick, remove the oil filler cap/
dipstick, and fill with the recommended oil (we recommend Castrol Magnatec 5W-40 C3)
into the engine between the upper and lower mark. Do not overfill.
5. Reinstall the oil filler cap/dipstick.
High altitude
• At high altitude, the standard carburetor air-fuel mixture will be excessively rich. Performance
will decrease, and fuel consumption will increase.
• High altitude performance can be improved by installing a smaller diameter main fuel jet in the
carburetor. If you always operate the machine at altitudes higher than 2000 m above sea level,
have your authorized dealer install the high altitude main jet.
• This machine will not perform well at high altitudes without proper adjustment. Contact
a authorized service center for adjustment information.
Connecting to earth
The generator must be earthed to prevent an electric shock from electrical equipment. Connect
a piece of cable between the earth connection (fig. 1 / part 13) on the generator and an external
earth point. DIA of grounded wire: Cu > 4mm2.
Operation
Starting of generator
The machine must stand on firm ground and must be earthed. Before starting the
engine, disconnect any loads from the AC and DC terminals.
1. Remove all the loads from A.C socket and switch off the A.C breaker.
2. Set the fuel cock to „ON“ position (fig. 3A).
22 / 36
3. Push the choke lever to „OPEN (CHOKE)“ position - fig. 3B.
4. Turn the generator start switch to „ON“ position (fig. 4A).
5. Pull the starter handle (fig. 3C), until resistance is felt, then pull it out swiftly and thoroughly. EN
WARNING! Do not allow the starter grip to snap back against the engine. Return it
gently to prevent damage to the starter.
6. Once the generator starts, set the choke level to „OFF“ position.
7. In cold weather move the choke lever to the „OFF“ position after the engine warms up. CS
ARNING: never pullout the start handle when the unit is running, otherwise it will
W
damage the engine.
Stopping of generator
1.
2.
Remove all the loads from A.C socket.
Switch off the AC breaker (fig. 4B).
SK
3. Turn the generator switch to "OFF“ position.
4. Set the fuel cock to "OFF" position.
5. Note: To stop the generator in emergency, turn the generator swich to ,,OFF"
position.
2. When connect the generator to home power circuit, be sure that a skilled electrician does
the job. Improper connecting between the generator and appliance may cause damage of
the generator or appliance, and even a fire accident.
Battery charging
Socket for direct current supply is designed for 12V appliances (excl. electronic) and for charging
12V automotive battery type.
ATTENTION! Socket does not have regulation like a normal battery charger - check
continuously battery charging and on time end it.
How to charge:
1. First connect the charging cable to the socket (fig. B / part 18) on the generator and then to
the battery (red wire to positive (+) and the black wire to the negative terminal (-).
2. Start the generator.
3. After charging the battery, turn off the engine.
4. Disconnect the cable from the socket first and then from the battery terminals.
23 / 36
Attention! Use only one voltage circuit. Do not draw the current simultaneously
EN from 12V and 230V socket.
Oil sensor
The Oil sensor is designed to prevent engine damage caused by an insufficient amount of oil in
the crankcase. If the oil level in the crankcase can fall below a safe limit, engine will not start. If
the engine stops and will not restart, check the engine oil level before troubleshooting in other
areas.
CS
Caution! Running the engine with insufficient oil can cause serious engine damage.
Supplier does not assume any liability of such damage to the pump.
• Before each starting the engine, perform the oil level check on the flat surface and with the
engine turned off.
SK • Oil sensor does not authorize the operator to ignore the oil level check before each use.
• Oil sensor must not be disconnected or dismantled.
• Operator of the machine is obliged to check the oil level before each starting the engine in
accordance with the table of prescribed maintenance.
6. Charging the battery should not be undertaken if it is connected to the circuit from which
24 / 36
electric current is drawn at the same time.
7. Generator can be long-term loaded only to the value of its rated power of each circuit (circuit
230V, 12V) separately. Operation of power generators at maximum output is limited to a EN
maximum of 20 minutes. In any case, the total wattage of all connected appliances must
be taken into account and their construction (resistive, inductive and capacitive load). The
accuracy and appropriateness of use please consult with your dealer or distributor. Constant
congestion can result in shortening the life of generator, or even damage to the generator
without warranty. The accuracy and appropriateness of use please consult with your dealer
or distributor.
8. Before connecting the device make sure that maximum power does not exceed its rated
CS
output power. Most of the electric motors need to start up with a triple power than the
rated wattage.
9. Do not exceed the specified limit load of the individual socket-outlet.
10. If the socket is used for 230V (circuit with 230V), it is not recommended to use other outlet
(no additional burden on circuit - 230V or 12V), even if it has not yet been reached maximum
rated power of electric generator. Individual socket 230V can be used simultaneously only SK
by the maximum power of individual outlets. They should not be used simultaneously with
the socket to 12V (12V to the circuit). Never use circuit with 12V together with the socket-
outlet 230V.
11. Never switch over the socket-outlets! Switching over in order to increase the maximum rated
current, or any other purpose may cause fire or damage to the machine and is considered
a gross interference in the construction of electric power generators involvement. On the
resulting defect is not covered under warranty!
PL
12. Before starting the engine always keep el. output breaker switched off if the construction
allowes it.
13. Connect the power generators only to appliances in perfect condition, not showing any
functional abnormalities. If the appliance shows defect (sparkles, runs slowly, does not
start, it is extremely noisy, smokes ...), immediately unplug or turn off the generator. Then
disconnect the appliance and remove the defect.
14. Only connect the unit with the corresponding values of voltage (230V/50Hz).
15. Do not change the settings and adjustment of the engine, if the engine works intermittently,
contact an authorized service center.
16. This type of generator is suitable to power electric power tools, electric motors or similar
devices to the power input which does not exceed rated power of the generator, with respect
to their starting characteristics.
17. If you use electric generators to power electronic appliances (computers, TV), connect the
power supply through a backup power supply (UPS) and do not use generator simultaneously
for supply of power appliances (such as angle grinder). In a parallel connection (unbalanced
load) it may cause damage to electronic appliances.
18. When connecting the electronic appliances (computers, TV, etc.) it is required to use the
extension cords with surge guard, or better through connection with stabilizer UPS
19. Do not modify or alter the generator, do not connect it to any attachments or extension of
generator engine exhaust. Do not modify the wiring of the generator.
20. The electric generator can be connected to the individual outputs 230V/50Hz, 12V output
only symmetrical load. Beware of generator connected to the output 230/50Hz to the fixed
supply system. When connected to a fixed supply system, the manufacturer is not responsible
for the damage and user cannot exercise the warranty! Non-performance of symmetrical
load causes damage of the connected appliances. The accuracy and appropriateness of use
please consult with your dealer or distributor.
25 / 36
ATTENTION! Before connecting electrical appliances be sure about what class
EN protection the unit is. When you connect your appliances protection class II (double
insulation) it is not necessary to ground the generator. In the case of supply of
protection class I appliances (tools with a metal surface), these appliances must be
fitted with a protective wire cord (3-wire). It is necessary to properly ground the
generator and provide overcurrent protection for the entire system.
The most devices have starting coefficient 1, but bellow are examples of machines
PL which have higher coefficient:
Angle grinder ×2 Fridge ×3
Halogen lamp × 1,5 Trimmer ×2
Hedge trimmer ×2 Electric lawnmower ×2
If you want to power more appliances (e.g. bulb and hedge) at the same time, the
calculation will be following:
Device Rated power (W) Starting coefficient Total power (W)
Bulb 100 x1 100
Hedge trimmer 780 x2 1560
Wanted power in Watts 1660 W
You will need generator with rated power at least 1660 W.
This value must not exceed max output of generator.
MAINTENANCE
Good maintenance is essential for safe, economical and trouble-free operation.
26 / 36

Oil Change
Drain the engine oil when the engine is warm. Warm oil drains quickly and complete. Attention:
Do not drain oil when the engine is running!
When you drain the oil from the top oil fill tube, the fuel tank must be empty or fuel can leak
out and result in a fire or explosion.
CS Recommended oil Castrol Magnatec 5W-40 C3.
1. Disconnect the spark plug wire and keep it away from the spark plug.
2. Place a suitable container next to the engine to catch the used oil.
3. Remove the oil filler cap/dipstick (fig. 5A).
4. Remove the drain bolt (fig. 5B) and allow the used oil to drain completely into the container.
SK 5. For engine without drain plug, we recommend to use oil extractor pump, or drain the oil into
the container by slightly tilting the engine toward the oil filler cap/dipstick. Before tilting the
machine, remove fuel from tank.
Please dispose of used motor oil in a manner that is compatible with the
environment. We suggest you take used oil in a sealed container to your local
recycling center or service station for reclamation. Do not throw it in the trash or
PL pour it on the ground or down a drain.
6. Reinstall the drain bolt. With the engine in a level position, fill to the upper limit mark on the
dipstick with the recommended oil.
WARNING! Running the engine with a low oil level can cause engine damage.
Warning!!! Wash your hands with soap and water after handling used oil.
Air cleaner
A dirty air cleaner will restrict air flow to the carburetor and cause poor engine performance.
Inspect the air cleaner each time the engine is operated. You will need to clean the air cleaner
more frequently if you operate the engine in very dusty areas.
WARNING! Operating the engine without an air cleaner, or with a damaged air
cleaner, will allow dirt to enter the engine, causing rapid engine wear. This type of
damage is not covered.
1. Remove the air cleaner cover (fig. 6A). Be careful to prevent dirt and debris from falling into
the air cleaner base.
2. Remove the air cleaner (fig. 6B) from the air cleaner base.

For good performance, the spark plug must be properly gapped and free of deposits.
1. Disconnect the cap (fig. 7A) from the spark plug, and remove any dirt from the spark plug
area.
2. Use the proper size spark plug wrench to remove the spark plug. PL
3. Inspect the spark plug. Replace it if damaged, badly fouled, if the sealing washer is in poor
condition, or if the electrode is worn.
4. Measure the electrode gap with a suitable gauge. The correct gap is listed in the Specifications.
If adjustment is needed, correct the gap by carefully bending the side electrode.
5. Install the spark plug carefully, by hand, to avoid cross-threading.
6. After the spark plug is seated, tighten with the proper size spark plug wrench to compress
the washer.
7. When installing a new spark plug, tighten by 1/2 turn after the spark plug seats to compress
the washer.
8. When reinstalling the original spark plug, tighten by 1/8 - 1/4 turn after the spark plug seats
to compress the washer.
OTE: A loose spark plug can become very hot and can damage the engine. Over
N
tightening the spark plug can damage the threads in the cylinder head.
Engine adjustments
NOTE: Do not change in any way the rated speed of the engine (carburetor side or
regulator side).
Your engine was adjusted in the factory and the non-respect of the homologation speed engine
29 / 36
could be dangerous for your safety and others safety. If the motor settings is changed in any way,
the warranty will be cancelled.

Transportation
1. When transporting the generator, turn the generator switch and the fuel switch OFF. Keep
the generator in a horizontal position to prevent fuel spillage. Fuel vapour or spilled fuel may
ignite.
2. Touch with a hot unit or exhaust system can cause serious burns or fires, let the unit cool
down before transporting or storing the generator.
3. Take care not to drop or strike the generator when transporting. Do not place objects on the
generator.
30 / 36
Storage
CAUTION! The engine must have completely cooled down before storing the
EN
machine.
• Never store the equipment with petrol in the tank inside a building where fumes can reach an
open flame or spark.
• Allow the engine to cool before storing in any enclosure.
• Replace worn or damaged parts for safety. CS
• If the fuel tank has to be drained, this should be done outdoors.
Cleaning
If the engine has been running, allow it to cool for at least half an hour before cleaning. Clean
PL
all exterior surfaces, touch up any damaged paint, and coat other areas that may rust with a light
film of oil.
NOTE: Using a garden hose or pressure washing equipment can force water into the
air cleaner or muffler opening. Water in the air cleaner will soak the air filter, and
water that passes through the air filter or muffler can enter the cylinder, causing
damage.
Storage precautions
• If your engine will be stored with gasoline in the fuel tank and carburetor, it is important to
reduce the hazard of gasoline vapor ignition. Select a well-ventilated storage area away from
any appliance that operates with a flame, such as a furnace, water heater, or clothes dryer.
• Also avoid any area with a spark producing electric motor, or where power tools are operated.
• If possible, avoid storage areas with high humidity, because that promotes rust and corrosion.
• If there is gasoline in the fuel tank, leave the fuel valve in OFF position.
• Keep the engine level in storage. Tilting can cause fuel or oil leakage.
• With the engine and exhaust system cool, cover the engine to keep out dust. A hot engine and
exhaust system can ignite or melt some materials.
• Do not use sheet plastic as a dust cover. A nonporous cover will trap moisture around the
engine, promoting rust and corrosion.
31 / 36
1. Add gasoline stabilizer following the manufacturer‘s instructions.
2. After adding a gasoline stabilizer, run the engine outdoors for 10 minutes to be sure that
EN treated gasoline has replaced the untreated gasoline in the carburetor.
SK 1. Empty the petrol tank with a suction pump after the last working of the season.
CAUTION! Do not drain the petrol in closed rooms, in close proximity of open fire,
etc. Do not smoke! Petrol fumes can cause explosion or fire.
2. Start the engine and let it run until it has used up all remaining petrol and stalls.
3. Remove the spark plug. Use an oilcan to fill approx. 20 ml recommended motor oil into
PL the combustion chamber. Operate the starter to evenly distribute the oil in the combustion
chamber. Replace the spark plug.
4. Replace spark plug.
5. Replace engine oil.
Fuel storage
• Store the gasoline only in special can, otherwise there is a risk of fuel contamination.
• Never store engine in vicinity of stoves, ovens, water heaters with pilot light, contingently other
devices which can produce sparks.
• If you use contaminated gasoline there is a risk of irregular engine running or its damage.
• Store minimum quantity of the fuel which you can use to 14 days. Do not use fuel older than
14 days.
