RESPONSIBILITIES
 Over all activity follow up, reporting & arrangements of meeting with Shell Pakistan Ltd. for
installation of Storage Tanks for Fuels for Initial fill at Plant.
 Follow up of civil construction work at HNMPL FSD Plant for consumer Fuel Storage facility
with Shell Contractor.

 Executing the development of the Rear Deck Assy & following activities regarding RR Deck
Development:
o RR Deck Drawing study & preparation of Inspection Standards.
o Study, modification & finalization of PQCT-I, PQCT-II, OPS and development plan of sheet
metal parts (RR Deck).
o Issuance of Tooling Cut Go for assigned sheet metal parts.
o Tool & Jig Concept study & finalization with supplier.
o Tooling (Forming, Piercing, Trimming & Bending) status confirmation and follow up till
completion.
o Welding JIG modification & finalization and follow up till completion.
o Part by Part development monitoring, Plan vs Actual progress check of localization of RR Deck
child parts.
o Child Parts sourcing confirmation i.e. supplier (In-House) and Tier 2.
o Material sourcing confirmation for RR Deck (Sheet Metal & Rubber Parts).
o Preparation of Quality Assurance visits like QAV Phase 2, QAV-Phase-3, QAV-Phase-4, QAV-
Phase-5.
o Preparation of Online Tooling Trails i.e. T1, T2, T3 to achieve quality maturation as required.
o Visit arrangement for Parts Inspection & Inspection reports preparation.
o Preparation of DTC (Defect Traceability chart), Audit of supplier’s documentation and parts
confirmation at all Trials level.
o RR Deck Sheet Metal parts Material & Operations (Welding) testing details discussion and
finalization with supplier.
o RR Deck Rubber Parts Material testing requirement discussion & finalization with supplier.

COMSATS University Islamabad (Sahiwal Campus)

Skills/ Knowledge
 Expertise in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word)
 Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Pressing/Forming, Moulding, Machining &
joining).
 Technical knowledge & Experience of Sheet Metal Parts development.
 DWG study of critical parts.
 Hands on Practice for Quality Inspection of Critical Parts.
 Knowledge of Industrial management like 5S etc.
