There’s a woman who have a mental disorder. Her name is Mrs. M.

The
doctor was diagnosed Mrs. M that she have a cronic low self-esteem in the past
and she had hospitalized at RSJD Surakarta in February 2012. But now, her
family feel worry because Mrs. M never take the medicine. Today, her family
bring Mrs. M to the hospital.

Father (1) : Good morning nurse. I need your help.
Nurse 1 (2) : Good morning.
Okay, so what can I help you Sir ? What’s bring you here ?
there’s something wrong with your daughter ?
Mother (3) : Yes nurse, I feel worry about my daughter. She never take her
medicine, and she often get angry, hard to sleep and I often see my
daughter daydreaming.
Nurse 2 (4) : Okey, so Mrs. M what’s bothering you ?
Why you never take your medicine ?
Mrs. M (5) : (quite for a while). Mmm, it’s not working. The medicine can’t
take my husband back to me. The medicine can’t give a happiness
life. The medicine just make me life in a sorrow.
Nurse 1 (6) : It’s not right, Mrs. M
Don’t think like that, if you’re never take the medicine you will
not get healthy again. Can you imagine if you can be healthy again
you can go to office again, you can see your little daughter grow
up.
Nurse 2 (7) : Yes, it’s right Mrs. M. You must take your medicine.
Can you tell me why you can’t sleep every night ? There’s
something bothering you ?
Mrs. M (8) : Mmm, yeah when I close my eyes I always see my past when I
was working at abroad and they didn’t give me a salary. So I prefer
to not sleep. Sometimes it make me feel very angry. Why do I have
live a life like this ? Nobody love me, I can’t work because I don’t
have any advantages.
Nurse 1 (9) : You can’t say like that Mrs, see your family they’re love you so
much. If you wanna go to work, you must take your medicine, ok ?
if you never take your medicine you must be hospitalized.
I’m sorry Sir Mom, can you give me her medicine. I will show it to
the doctor, and I will call the doctor here to see your daughter
condition.
Mother (10) : (give the medicine to nurse) this is the medicine, she just take it
once.
Nurse 2 (11) : Ok Mom Sir, you can wait here. We will call the doctor.
Father (12) : Ok Nurse, thankyou.

(Nurse tell the doctor about Mrs. M)

Nurse 2 (13) : Excuse doctor, I want to tell you about Mrs. M. our patient that
had hospitalized one month ago, she back here again. She never
take the medicine, often get angry, daydreaming and can’t sleep
everynight. Here the medicine (give the medicine to doctor)
Doctor (14) : Ok, I see. Where’s the patient ? I will see her condition.

(Doctor see Mrs. M condition)

Doctor (15) : Good morning. How are you today Mrs. M ?
Mrs. M (16) : I’m not good, always not good.
Doctor (17) : I’m sorry Sir, can you tell me when your daughter start to
daydreaming and can not sleep ?
Father (18) : it’s start a week after my daughter stop taking her medicine.
Doctor (19) : ok. Because your daughter’s conditions being like this, she must
hospitalized until she can control her self. Do you agry with this ?
Mother (20) : it’s ok doctor. Everything that can make my daughter better just
do it.
Doctor (21) : ok, but I will make a new prescription for your daughter. Nurse,
please give this to the pharmacist.

(nurse 2 give the prescription to pharmacist)

Nurse 3 (22) : excuse me, here I want to give the prescription for Mrs. M
Pharmacist (23) : ok. Oh Mrs. M ? she is your patient that had hospitalized one
month ago right ? what a pitty, how can see back here again.
Nurse 2 (24) : becuase she never take her medicine well. She is hospitalize again
today.
Pharmacist (25) : what a pitty. Here is it, the medicine for Mrs. M. I hope she
will be better soon.
Nurse 2 (26) : ok, thankyou so much. (nurse 2 give the medicine to nurse 1, and
nurse 1 will give the medicine to Mrs. M)
Nurse 1 (27) : excuse me, Mrs. M you should take the medicine, I will give it to
you, so please take it right. And today you will hospitalize until you
get better.
Mrs. M (28) : whatever you do for me.
Nurse 1 (29) : ok sir mom, today your daughter will hospitalized. You can leave
her here, and you can see your daughter everyday to give her
motivation.
Father (30) : ok nurse, thankyou I hope my daughter will better soon.
Mother (31) : do your best nurse, we will visit the hospital everyday. I hope my
daughter better son.
Nurse 1 (32) : always pray to God. I will do my best.
