The Professional Development Plan (PDP) presented is organized and attainable.


But the significance of activities and anticipated impact of action are limited. Include
more possibilities on the impact and elaborate on the significance of activities to be
conducted for every category: formal, informal and non-formal. Specify the amount
needed for the financial resources since MOOE is mentioned. Solutions are
congruent and relevant to the potential barriers. Provide also more potential barriers
in order to make other options on how to attain the given activities.

The plan is more on formal education or within the school setting. It is also beneficial
for the teachers and the school since the significance of activities is presented in
general.
