KUWAIT.
Presently working in KOC Gas Sweetening Plant (KUWAIT) (Consists Of two
identical trains Each Designed by SPETCO for 100MMSCFD export gas) as a
“PRODUCTION DCS CUM Field OPERATOR”. This is the worldwide oil and gas
leading company. It is a Sour gas (H2S) treating Facility (MDEA), Dehydration
adsorption beds.

PROCESS AREA

 Two/Three Phase Separation Units

 Gas Sweetening Process with removal of H2S & CO2 by Methyl Di-ethanol-amine
(MDEA)
 Amine (MDEA) Regeneration system and Acid gas Flash system.
 De-Hydration unit Adsorption Process. (MEA).
 Hot Oil system and Heaters Operation & Troubleshooting
 Sales Gas Metering & Monitoring system
 Vent & Flare system
 Acid Gas Incinerator & Waste heat Recovery Unit(WHRU)
 Produced water reinjection in deep wells.
 Well head Operation & Troubleshooting
 Waukesha Engines L-7044/F-3534GSI Operation & Troubleshooting
 Troubleshooting & Operation of Arial multistage JGT/42 Compressors.
COMBUSTION GAS TURBINE UNIT:

 Combustion Gas Turbine(SGT-200-2S) Operation & Troubleshooting

 Work over SGT-200-2S auxiliaries such as Air compression, Lubrication, Fuel &
cooling system.
 Siemens based PLC Operation and controlling
 Micro Turbine Generator 1250 kilowatt

exchangers.

 Developed startup/shut down procedure under the safe circumstances.

 Actively performed annual turnaround of different units at Different locations.

Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd INDIA on a contract basis as a Panel Operator,
in Gas sweetening unit, Gas Dehydration unit and Condensate separation.
Operations:
Control Room operator (DCS -YOKOGAWA CENTUM VP) at Gujarat state petroleum
corporation ltd,

Gas Field- KG Basin 200 MMSCFD sour raw gas and 769 TPD condensate production:
Removal of H2S & CO2 with a selective media MDEA and
Making it to a H2S less than 3ppm & CO2 1%.Gas Dehydration with TEG.
Monitoring the facilities in the gas plant control room on a shift basis according to
approved procedure
routine operation of the gas plant at the required load,
 preparing work permits for supervisory approval,
Making log book entries describing maintenance needs and unusual operations for use of
the next shift.
Check for any abnormalities and reporting to the concerned department.
Coordinating with field manpower in case of emergencies.
Start up and Shut down activities of the process plant.
Day to day trouble shooting of process plant.
Hand over equipment’s for maintenance.
