The meeting has the conclusion and met the resolution which consist of :
 Opening by Project Manager of BD Department (19.20 – 19.35)
Daffa Akbar Redian as Project Manager opened the meeting and check the
attendence.
 General Explanation by Government Relation Team Leadaer (19.35 – 20.00)
Kirana as Manager Government Relation Team Leader explained about job
description, market research, product development, maintaining partnership, and
SOP.
 General Explanation by Corporate Relation Team Leadaer (20.00 – 20.30)
Gibraltar Ashkar as Manager Corporate Relation explained about partnership
agreement, responsibility,synergy, and brand exsposure.
 General Explanation by Project Manager (20.30 – 20.50)
Daffa Akbar Redian as Project Manager explained about sales, behavior of sales
person, partnership flow, market research, business call, meeting, singing MoU
and maintaining partnership.

OC External Relation asks GR manager, CR manager, and Project Manager about

Q :How can we get supported by partner ?
A : By selling product and makes partner want to support our project by explain
benefit that partner could have if they support our project.
Q : How do we do market research?
A : You can list everything that you need for your project and start making list of
partner that can provide what you need.
Q : Should the MoU be done at the time of first meeting ?
A : Usually mou is made in next meeting.
Q : What to do on the first meeting ?
A : You need to understand deeply about your project so you can explain it well to
partner.
