spread and rolled immediately after spreading hot bitumen at 15 kg per 10 sqm for the 2nd coat and applying a binder coat of 0.13 cum of key stone
aggrt. 12.5 mm nominal size per 10 sqm spread broomed and immediately after spraying of bitumen binder of approved quality at 15 kg per 10 sqm
