Why a facilitator must have this characteristic? A facilitator must give activities that promote
teamwork, collaboration, camaraderie and
bonding of the participants. Through this, a
facilitator can help the group work on a team
to target or achieve their goals.
Why a facilitator must have this characteristic? Because a facilitator must be fair and flexible
and open for the diversity of the participants.
