We undeertake to abide by all conditionns described bellow and represeented in the followings:
1. Abide by
b the terms of m municipality andd government entities and to connsider the public interest and neighbors’ rights, wwe also abide by executing work within the
adopted engineering rulees, regulations anda laws of the State S of Qatar aand according too the standards and a specificationns and to abide by all municipaality’s laws
(building regulations law No. (4) of the year
y 1985 amendded by law No. ((5) of the year 20009 and general cleanness law NNo. (8) of the yeaar 1974). We alsoo, abide by
municipaality building perrmit, all environmental laws andd regulations in accordance withh circular No. (84) of the year 20010 and to com mply with all munnicipality’s
issues or arises up decisioons and instructioons relevant to buildings
b regulat ions.
2. Holdinng absolute responsibility for anyy damages resultted from not folllowing safety proocedures and consultant engineeering office instructions’ who preepared the
designs, or
o the instructionns of the project’’s supervising enngineer, or for noot abiding by connditions or recom
mmendations isssued by governm mental competent bodies.
3. Not to proceed with thee construction process unless thee land is demarcaated by Land andd Survey Department.
4. Adhereence to municipaality permitted white
w color or shaades of white paiinting for properrty's cladding facades and fence.
5. Prior proceeding with eexcavation works, the site must be b surrounded w a construction materials.
with fence provided with a privatee entrance to be used by labors and
6. Prior proceeding with eexcavation workks a placard of att least (1.5 x 1m)) commensurablle to project size;; must be postedd at the main enttrance of the sitee clarifying
landlord name, permit nuumber, project type, contracting company
c and co nsulting office name.
7. A copy of building perm mit and approvedd drawings mustt be kept at the siite.
8. Adhereence to execute e construction works
w and other related works acccording to the appproved engineer's drawings, doccuments and datta upon issuing the t permit,
which shaall not be amendded unless the reelevant departmeent has been infoormed in order too examine and taake an appropriaate decision thereon.
9. Buildinng materials and tools or any otheer materials musst be placed withhin site's boundary and not at thee pavements or thhe public roads.
10. Mixinng construction m materials at paveements or public roads is not alloowed.
11. Excavvation site must bbe provided by liightings, warningg signs and barri ers.
12. Upon obtaining necesssary approvals; all contractions’ waste must be rremoved to allocated place outsidde the city.
13. Beforre requesting Building Completioon Certificate.; all construction w works and site cleanness of wasttes and removal of temporary poortacabin and laand’s fence
should bee completed alonng with providing materials and specifications
s coonformity certificcate.
14. Notiffying the municcipality at the foollowing phasess:
- In the absencee of demarcationn marks or in casee of uncertainty of property's dim mension
- Upon the com mpletion of externnal and internal paintings
- Upon the com mpletion of the coonstruction and sites cleanness off wastes and rem moval of portacabbins and boundaaries
In case of company's violation to this obbligation, the muunicipality has thhe right to take necessary legal actions
a and to fiine the companyy, or to stop work process
immediattely, or to take aany other action, without compaany’s right to claaim any compennsation for damaages that may reesult from those actions. This obbligation is
considereed as a prior officcial notification.
