WHAT ENTREPRENEURIAL HABITS DID

HARISH HANDE EXHIBIT IN HANDLING
SELCO?

Harish Hande exhibits numerous habits of an entrepreneur. First thing

was when they decided to expand their company and grab the

opportunity wherein, they have the capital and experience, this is an

example of having high tolerance of ambiguity habit, but

unfortunately, the risk that they take has been an ill-fated action, but

still, Hande has an entrepreneurial mind and habit that he turns his

obstacles into assets. wherein the company recovers. but then again,

another obstacle came and Hande shows his habit of being proactive

that he takes responsibility, and then plans and innovates the

company. he shows again another practice of putting first things first

like how he put importance on their company's mission and goals.

Another habit or practice that Hande exhibits in handling SELCO was

thinking Win-win wherein he seeks benefits not only for their company

but also for the employees and their target market, Hande ensures that

their company will provide every particular need of the people, SELCO

Had provided energy solutions for every 100,00 households in its 15

years of existence and that allows patrons to increase their income

and quality of life. Lastly, Hande who was handling SELCO in 2009

almost has every habit of an entrepreneur wherein he was curious

about things that he generates and plans new ideas that may help the

company expand and build an innovation center and add more

products that provide energy solutions beyond solar. Because of the

entrepreneurial habits of Harish Hande SELCO has been a successful

company. The benefits of SELCO to the people, especially to the poor

are highly appreciated and Harish Hande's hard work paid off the

successful result that he has received numerous recognitions, and has

frequently cited as one of the top social entrepreneurs in India and

also an example for the entire developing world. Having these said

entrepreneurial habits will make an entrepreneur or aspiring
