AUTHORIZATION LETTER

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

I, Mary Rose T. Vicente, a second-year student of Araullo University – Phinma currently

taking up Bachelor of Science in Criminology.
More over, I hereby authorize Mrs. Roxan Dela Cruz Eduardo to pick-up my Learning
Modules for the Academic Year 2020-2021. It is for the reason that person under 20 years old
and below are not allowed to go outside their residences in compliance to the Omnibus
Guidelines set by the IATF in the implementation of Community Quarantine.
