    MINUTES OF THE SUPER SEMINAR MEETING

    NOVEMBER 09, 2021

    The Super Seminar, met in regular session on Tuesday, November 09, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting
    was held at Super Seminar, 801 Glenwood Ave., Atlanta, GA 30316 in the hotel.

    Seminar Members present:

    - Sharonda Murrell - Kolandra Henry


    - Amy Feng - Leslie Grant
    - Rakesh Modi - Ramiro Garcia
    - Arlesia McCullough - Audrey Huguley
    - Adelee LeGrand

    Seminar Members absent:

    - Dr. Shirlene Carter

    - Pricilla Ponder
    - Laverne Daniels

    9 members were present, representing a quorum.

    1. Call to Order

    Vice Chairperson, Arlesia McCullough called the meeting to order at 5:21 p.m.

    2. Roll call

    Arlesia McCullough called the roll.

    3. Approval of Agenda

    Seminar member, Sharonda Murrell distributed the agenda which had been presented via email.
    Ramiro Garcia made a motion to amend the agenda which was seconded by Leslie Grant. 8
    members were in favor, 1 member, A. McCullough opposed
