OUR RECRUITMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOW:

1. Age : 21 to 40 years old.

2. Increment : based on performance.
3. Period Of Contract : 02 years and extended on mutual agreement.
4. Accommodation : provided by the Company.
5. Food : on the account of employee.
6. Medical Facilities : As per UAE labor law.
7. Annual Medical Examination : Paid by Company.
8. Air Passage : free air passage upon completion of contract.
9. Leave and Holiday : As per UAE labor law.
10. Normal Working Hours : 8 hours per day.
11. Over time Allowance : According to the salary.
12. Transport : Provided by the company from
Accommodation to work place.
13. Death Compensation : As per the UAE Labor Law.
14. Repatriation of Dead Body : paid by the company.

AL-QAMEES INTERNATIONAL OEP LIC NO OP & HRD/3742/RWP. Their registered office
at Near Passport Office, First Floor, G & A Plaza, Kotli Azad Kashmir- Pakistan to be our true
and lawful attorney in Pakistan for the purpose of:

i) Handling all affairs associated with the collection of CV’s of Pakistani workers for
employment.
ii) Making selection of workers etc for our company.
iii) Signing all necessary documents, including employment contracts, required by the
laws and regulation of Pakistan and UAE.
iv) Arranging for medical, passports and necessary visa endorsement with the high
commission of UAE, Islamabad / consulate general of UAE Karachi.
v) Making arrangements for the worker’s passage to the job site.

2. This power of attorney shall remain valid till all the workers arrive in UAE according to the
demand letter no. Dated 00 May 2018

3. This power of attorney is non-transferable and is irrevocable.
