Reflection
The strength of the lesson today is the teacher uses Plickers to drill the students on
converting the unit. This activity did attract pupils’ attention and also drill them in a fun way.
Pupils look excited when they do the question. Besides, the teacher also trained them to use
whiteboard to show their working step instead of getting the correct answer. One of the
pupils told the teacher that using whiteboard is very fun.
The weakness of the class today is the worksheet given and the exercise that drill in
Plickers activity is a bit difference. For example, the pupils need to convert the unit with
numbers like 8 m to cm, 600 cm to m. However, in worksheet given, the number is 135 cm to
m. Some of the pupils able to do the question but majority did mistake. To overcome this
problem, the teacher should go through the exercise with the pupils, guide them by using
one question in the worksheet as an example so that the pupils will understand the process
of getting the answer.
