1. Driller is responsible to raise alarm and shutting the well and
securing it. 2. Tool pusher will go to the rig floor and will supervise the well control job. 3. Night Tool Pusher will act as an in charge in case TP is not present on the rig site. 4. Assistant driller will go to the Komey Unit and Confirm either the BOP is closed or not and will inform the Driller accordingly. Then he will line up valves on the choke manifold, and remain on mud pits with derrick man and line-up mud gas separator degasser and the mixing pump to raise mud pits level. Also AD will line-up barite to add in mud pits through mixing hopper upon instructions from TP and Mud Engineer. AD will keep in constant check on the mud pits and will keep the driller informed. 5. Derrick man will go to the mud pits along with assistant driller he will line-up mud gas separator, degasser and the mixing pump to raise mud pits level. 6. Floor man will remain on the rig floor and will follow the instructions of the driller 7. Roustabouts will go to the mixing hopper and will get prepared to mix mud upon instructions of TP and Mud Engineer. 8. Fork operator will bring the forklift to the mud mixing hopper. 9. Crane Operator will also reach to the Mud mixing area. 10. Electrician will wait outside the SCR House, for the instructions from Tool Pusher. 11. Mechanic will wait for the instructions from Tool Pusher 12. Doctor will remain standby with all emergency response equipments & medicines will wait for the instructions from Tool Pusher. 13. Material man will remain near stores so that any shut down / emergency part may be required to emergency response and will wait for further instructions from Tool pusher. 14. Interpreter will remain in the office and will wait for further instructions from Tool pusher and if required he will update the head office management for the current situation going on. 15. Drivers will align the ambulance and will remain standby till further instructions from Tool pusher. 16. All non-essential personnel will move to safe briefing area keeping in view the wind direction. 17. The Camp boss will confirm the presence of all workers according to the POL by Roll Call.
SAFE BRIEFING AREA WILL BE ‘A’ OR ‘B’ ACCORDING TO THE
WIND DIRECTION. IF NO WIND IS BLOWING, PROCEED TO THE SAFE BRIEFING AREA “A”.
NO AMOUNT OF H2S WILL BE VENTED TO THE ATMOSPHERE
WITHOUT BEING BURNT. KEEP IN MIND THAT EVEN THE BURNT H2S IS HAZARDOUS.
