EMERGENCY RESPONE PLAN (Prior to Release)


POSITION PRIOR TO WORKING ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

classes and drills. ensures SCBA's and detectors are clean and in good
working order on a daily basis, does a monthly inspection
of the equipment, and keeps a record of the data. Have
an up to date copy of the POB and keep it current.
Non-Ess. Be aware of rig activities Be aware of the wind direction and know the sound of the
personnel through communication with H2S alarm. Be prepared to Muster at any time under the

POSITION DRILLING OR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Driller Floor Don SCBA, Space out Drill pipe, shut in the well. Wait on
Instructions from Mentor
Derrickman Muster Point Dons SCBA, (ESCA-PAK), if in the derrick, and uses the escape
line to ground. Proceeds to Muster point as designated by the
HSE Officer
Floorman 1 Muster Point Dons SCBA, Install FOSV (if Tripping), Set the slip (If
Drilling) Proceeds to designated Muster point, to prepare for rescue
mission if needed after the head count.
Floorman 2 Muster Point Dons SCBA, Install FOSV (if Tripping), Set the slip (If
Drilling) Proceeds to designated Muster point, to prepare for rescue
mission if needed after the head count.
Floorman 3 Muster Point Dons SCBA, Install FOSV (if Tripping), Set the slip (If Drilling)
Proceeds to designated Muster point, to prepare for rescue mission
if needed after the head count.
Floorman 4 Muster Point Dons SCBA, Install FOSV (if Tripping), Set the slip (If
Drilling) Proceeds to designated Muster point, to prepare for rescue
mission if needed after the head count.
Roustabouts Muster Point Proceed to designated Muster Point. (Be part of Rescue
Team on WO Rigs)
Crane Op/Forklift Muster Point Proceed to designated Muster Point.
Medic/Ambulance Muster Point Proceed to Muster Point, and prepare to administer
medical attention for H2S or injuries as required,

HSE Officers Muster Point In the event of an H2S kick, will proceed directly to Muster
Point dependant on wind direction and do a complete
head count. And standby for further orders
Non-Ess. Muster Point Proceed in an orderly fashion to designated Muster Point.
Personnel
Arden Security Staff Muster point Beware of the wind direction and know the sound of the H2S alarm.
Be prepared to muster at any time under the direction of the HSE
Officer. Be prepared to escort the Ambulance to hospital
Emergency Response Team

The Emergency Response has to secure the well and the RESCUE Team will be
organized (if any person is found missing during the head count) to search the missing
person and give him first aid if required.

The Member of Emergency Response Team and Rescue will be as following.
