Job Summary

The sales manager will be required to create opportunities in the competitive work environment.
Identify leads for potential customers and convert them into sales opportunities. Enlarge the
customer base by making better proposition to the customer. Conduct sales research and
collaborate with research department for further product enhancement.

Work related Experience

Prior sales experience of 2 years in FMCG goods or 2 years of experience in marketing and
customer service is desirable.

Formal education

Bachelors degree with strong academic performance.

Primary & Secondary Responsibility


 Perform Training Needs Analysis and provide training to order booker.
 Create strong relationship with suppliers in the market.
 Visit market along with order bookers.
 Frequent visit weak sales shop and suggest actions to improve performance.
 Make sure marketing activity is suitable in national foods mobile app.
 Set monthly and yearly targets and help sales people to achieve them.
 Distribute territory target among individual bookers.
 Closely follow monthly target every day.
 Prepare separate sales report of each area.
 Present current year performance in front of local management each month.
 Conduct analysis on achieved KPI and targets by each booker.
