Excavation & backfilling including clearing away vegetation, at all locations in all types of soils (ordinary /
fissured rock) in both dry and wet conditions including foundation layout, shoring, strutting, dewatering,
dressing of sides / under cutting and ramming of bottom. Stacking to temporary stockpiles, spreading, CUM

levelling etc. all complete as specified and as directed by Client / consultant. The measurement will be
taken for area of RCC & depth from the GL inclusive of FDT to be conducted during back filling as per the
Technical specifications of the contract.

layout, shoring, strutting, dressing of sides and ramming of bottom. Stacking to temporary stockpiles,
F-2 spreading, levelling etc. all complete as specified and as directed by Client / consultant. The measurement CUM 335
will be taken for area of RCC & depth from the GL inclusive of FDT to be conducted during back filling as
per the Technical specifications of the contract.

Providing and Laying PCC of Grade M-10 at any location. Rate to be inclusive of supply of all required
approved material such as agrgate, sand, normal / sulphate resistant Cement, any required add mixture,
potable water etc. in good quality. laying in position, curing, form work, power, fuel & all consumables, CUM

materials and arrangements are in the scope of contractor. measurement will be done as per approved
drawing. The work is to be executed as per the approved foundation drawing and in accordance to the
Technical Specification of the contract.

Providing and Laying RCC of Grade M-20 at any location. Rate to be inclusive of supply of all required
approved material such as agrgate, sand, normal / sulphate resistant Cement, any required add mixture,
potable water etc. in good quality. Transporting, suitable storing, laying in position, stub setting with
F-4 template / prop, fixing of earthing strips, Steel / wooden form box/ shuttering, coping, complete curing, all CUM 416
type of testing, power supply, fuel & all consumables, materials and arrangements are in the scope of
contractor. measurement will be done as per approved drawing. The work is to be executed in line with the
approved drawing and in accordance to the Technical Specification of the contract.

Supplying, transporting, suitable storing, cutting, bending, binding of approved reinforcement Steel of 420
Mpa yield strength, including binding wires etc. Rate includes all type of testing, power supply, fuel & all
F-5 consumables, materials, testing and arrangements. Measurement will be done as per approved drawing MT 41
and in accordance to the Technical Specification of the contract. Only steel from approved source shall be
used for the foundation.

Installation of Pipe and Counterpoise earthing as per approved drawing/specification in hard soil, fissured
/hard rock including excavation upto required depth, installation of earth conductors, backfilling with good
F-6 soil. The actual quantity for type of grounding will be based on earth resisitivity report.

The quantities mentioned above are tentative actual quantities shall be finalized as per site
condition duly certified

Erection of all type of towers at all locations including transporting, handling, storage, minor changes if
required, tightening/ torque checking, welding, painting as per the drawing / specification and as directed by
the engineer in charge. Measurement will be done as per the approved BOQ / drawings. The work is to be
executed in accordance to the approved drawing and the Technical Specifications of the contract.

Structural Material will be issued in bundle from KEC central store. Loading unloading safe storage &
handling till successful erection at site location is included. Next lot of material will be issued only after
reconciliation of last lot. Any shortage / site loss will be deducted from next bill.
