I am writing this recommendation letter on behalf of Ms. Kristie Najdek. Kristie

will be receiving her bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education
with a minor in Reading and dual certification in special education from Wilkes
University in December 2020. Kristie will also hold her Pennsylvania Teaching
Certification in Elementary and Early Childhood Education (PK-4) and Special
Education. I have worked directly with Kristie as her professor during her student
teaching experience in Student Teaching Seminar and Inclusionary Practices – a class all
student teachers take during their student teaching experience at Wilkes University.

Kristie has received exemplary student teaching evaluations from both her
cooperating teacher and her university supervisor. Kristie has been an educational leader
working collaboratively with her colleagues to provide both in-person and remote
engaging learning opportunities for their students.

I commend Ms. Najdek for her competence and ability to adapt to different
educational environments. I would highly recommend Ms. Kristie Najdek for a teaching
position as an Elementary/Early Childhood or Special Education teacher. If additional
