Peak Performance Zone

When the right internal conditions are present in an athlete that athlete can achieve their peak performance.
The 'right internal conditions' allow the player to be in their PEAK PERFORMANCE ZONE!
These conditions are:

The objective is to understand the first 9 conditions (listed above grey line) and then create strategies
(condition j) to achieve control of your Attitude, Energy and Attention. These 'Coping Strategies' will allow you
to re-create the 'Performance Zone' (conditions k, l, and m) consistently and at-will.
