PAYMENT TERMS
40% of the price shall be paid as a down payment ("Down Payment" and shall be paid not later than 07 days from the

date of signing this Agreement. The balance of 60% of the Price("Balance Payment") shall be paid as follow:
2) 35% of constract value within 07 days from the date of delivery of all Materials at Site.

3) 25% of constract value within 07 days from the date of completion & hondower of the Work to Buyer.

4) Welding use Electrode JIS E43xx (Kobe Steel Product).

5) All main steel member are comply with strength (fy=235MPa).

6) All materials are Included TAXES.

7) We used black steel and painting U90 (Colour by owner).

8) Electricity supply by owner.
