1. Print all of the pages on white card stock (plain printer
paper is okay too). Print page 6 that has the card backs four times. 2. Using scissors, cut each card and card back out. Take your time and treat it as a meditative practice. No rush! 3. Get some glue and stick each card to each card back. 4. Once dry, laminate your cards. Lamination is inexpensive and you can either do it at home or at a local print shop (or even at your local library). 5. (Optional) Smudge your affirmation deck and put it in your sacred space or altar. 6. Shuffle the deck and pull one card each day to reflect or meditate upon.
